I use quest bars as a snack but I usually eat them before or after a workout. Instead of counting calories you should count macros because the calories are rounded. Macros are the carbs, fat, protein , fiber, etc percentages that is more effective because why starve yourself to get to where you wanna get? You have to eat.…
