Oh I'm glad that a lot of you think it could be interesting, I'm getting started on in tonight once daughter is either at dads or in bed....I can't wait if I'm honest :) I've also signed up to the other 2 so looks like I'll be working my brain cells a bit

I'm hoping it's going to be interesting and that this course will give me some really useful information and tools in my quest to a "better" and healthier me

Thank you very much. I'm trying to find a balance with medication but the bipolar means stability changes at the drop of the hat. This is one of the longest depressive episodes I've had in a while, luckily I've just started on a new anti depressant as the one I tried at the end of last year made me "ill", fingers crossed o…

I do try but the fear disables me. It's the summer holidays here soon and I'm hoping that with my daughter being off school and me having her most of the time for the next 4 weeks she'll come walking with me in the mornings

I have some weights etc at home I just need to find the motivation to do something. I usually feel safe when I go out with my sister which is usually every Saturday for coffee and a wonder around the small retail park but if it's too busy I run for the hills (not literally, otherwise that would be half the exercise problem…

Thank you, it's horrendous isn't it, often feeling like a prisoner in your own home. I've accepted the friend request and I'll have a look on YouTube for the workout. I. can usually stick to the calorie goal but it's the lack of movement that makes me feel extremely guilty/lazy etc.

I've had problems with eating disorders on and off for years, as a single parent to a 10 year old girl I am always trying to keep myself in check around food and her to not make food an issue. One thing I do find difficult is weighing my food, it is something I really try to avoid doing around my daughter, it just means…

I log all my eggs as raw, 66 calories per medium egg, this for me matches the nutrition on the label. I use the same info if my eggs scrambled, boiled or poached......now I'm questioning this. I just presumed unless something is added eg milk or butter the calories would stay the same
-
What about nuts, obviously the unsalted, or higher calorie fruit like banana etc

I can gain anywhere up to 5lbs the week before, however much water I try to drink it doesn't really help either
-
I use shock absorber, I'm not sure what sizes they go up to but the are in cup sizes...I use a FF usually, weight gain means a G but the bra is a good snug fit...not much bounce if you know what I mean

Sadly my peach wouldn't be legal here in the UK
-
I'm eating it straight....I weighed it and the calories aren't that high so I'm not even going to bother weighing the stone, seems to much hassle for a handful of calories, I'd rather over estimate than under
-
I use a shock absorber bra and I'm in the ff's
-
I'd like to join please :)

I drink vodka, I also use fresh orange juice but then water the OJ down with sugar free/diet lemonade. I find it reduces the calories in the orange but still gives it enough flavour
-
