One word. Oatmeal. Keeps me full for hours and tastes awesome. Just don't use the flavored instant oatmeal since those tend to have a lot of sugar in them.

I have a few go to breakfasts that I eat. - berry banana smoothie - Protein oatmeal w/ berries and PB2 - Greek yogurt w/ berries and granola - Protein pancakes - Eggs and spinach on toast There's some great smoothie and pancake recipes online or you can experiment with them your self

I love making quinoa stir frys. I just sautée some veggies (red pepper, onion, snap peas, bok choy, broccoli, etc.) cook tofu, and make some quinoa and throw them all together. :) Yum
