Oh no he didn't (I don't really know how to type the attitude version of "didn't") Remember, ladies, men are not the sharpest tools in the shed. Sometimes a good kick in the *kitten* is what we need. We usually think everyone is flirting when no one is or no one is when they are. It's very confusing!

That is awesome progress! My biggest recommendation which most seem to ignore is No Excuses! Don't make excuses of why you can't workout or why you can eat that doughnut. I did a very low carb for 3 months, when I first started out. That was a year ago. The results were good. When I introduced carbs back in, I saw much better gains in weight loss and muscle gain. You just can't do too much carbs and focus on good carbs like veggies and whole grains.

I'm at 154 from 185 from last year. I have a protein shake for breakfast and lunch. They're filling and I can take almost anywhere. Mine consists of: 2 scoops of Optimum Nutrition protein 1/4 cup ground oats 2 TBSP chia seeds or ground flax 8 oz almond/cashew milk

Definitely don't push through the pain. Take it slow. I've had a broken shoulder, torn ligament, gallbladder issues and septic shock all pretty recently. Take it easy and slow. I'm with Megan on the stomach thing. Check with your doc.
