Hi Team! Just got back from a trip to the mountains. We did a nice hour long hike yesterday. I also did my water challenge, thanks @TaraDanielle40 for the water bottle trick!

Hi team! Sorry, this is my first time on this challenge and I have been trying to figure things out on my phone (no luck!). I will be using the computer from now on (much easier!) @MissionEnforcer I am a prairie girl from central Alberta, Canada! The land is very flat around here but there are many beautiful river valleys.…

I didn't say "I" was unhappily married :p I am loving the inocuosities though. (and totally hooking up with Redbeard later ;) )

I'm in for the squats and abs challenge! Woohoo! Most of my fitness efforts have been taken up with dance just lately. I do ITS belly dance. It is so much fun but only a moderate workout. However, I have just committed to doing a public performance! Hmm, baring my torso and shaking my booty in front of 100 people? Talk…

Hi team, I am the one member that posted a GAIN in the first week of the challenge. I am not going to use this forum to provide EXCUSES, I just wanted to let you all know that I am committed to the challenge and it is looking really good that I will have a loss this week! I chose to do my weigh in on Mondays to help me…

Wahagent05, thank you for stepping up to be our captain! I am going to weigh in on Mondays, but I might need the occasional reminder. I figured weighing in on Monday would help me be accountable over the weekend! My plan is for cardio 5 days per week. I will be using a stationary bike so I can get into shape for my cycling…

Wow! Looks intense. I'm in!

I used to do intermittent fasting but kind of got out of the habit. I could only do one day per week max and I could never make it for longer than about 20 hours. I would have a 300-400 calorie meal late in the day. I still found it to be helpful though. What do your fast days look like?

For myself, when I started working out and tracking my diet I saw nice, consistent results. Over the course of about 3 months, I lost about 14 lbs. Then... nothing. It has been probably 6 months since I have seen the scale go down. I either need to step up my workouts or clean up my diet but that definitely ups the degree…

Hi everyone! My name is Leah and I'm from Canada. I have already lost 10lbs and I would like to lose 20 more but I seem to be in a plateau. I am really excited to kick things up a notch and get the scale moving again. My plan is to set weekly fitness goals and clean up my eating.
