I weigh everyday but I record it once a week. I was curious as to when people actually record their weight. I am consistent by 'officially' record a once a week weight!

I went from a tight 12 (should have been in a 14 but refused) to a variety of sizes! My jeans are a size 4, my work pants are a JUNIOR size 3 and I have several pair of size 2 shorts and even one pair of size 0!!! Never remember being this small in my life!! I feel SO much better!!

My husband and I have the FitBit Charge and love them!

I've lost over 50 lbs on MFP and I have weighed and measured everything since day one! It works for me. I don't want to not weigh as I don't want weight creeping back up

My husband has been logging in daily, not always hitting his calories for the day and had been stuck on a plateaus for the months now. Can't figure out what is going on!
-
My husband (he is following MFP also) both weigh on a daily basis but only record our weight on Sundays. That is our official weigh in day. If someone asks me what I weigh, I go by my weight on that Sunday!!

I've lost 50+ lbs. I've changed goals a couple of times and have lost while on maintenance. I'm even lower than I originally thought I would get. I continue to log and count calories. Have made up my mind that this is a lifetime thing for me if I don't want to gain back and I am determined to not be in the 80% that do gain…
-
Don't you love how people automatically assume that's how you've been eating? I went thru the same thing. Since being on MFP it's been a struggle to get all my calories in! I am now on maintenance and uppedvmy calories and that had been a challenge also!

My husband and I both have a FitBit Charge and love them. Keeps us motivated!

Started maintenance a few weeks ago. It bumped me from 1200 to 1960. Figured that was too big a jump at one time so I have been increasing slowly. Up to 1500 but it's not always easy for me to hit that (I try and not go over on carbs and fats and not too far over on protein). Feel free to add me.

I also log in on a daily basis!

We used to enjoy Chinese but my husband has to what his sodium and most of the foods are VERY high in sodium so..... Needless to say, we don't eat it anymore!

I guess it depends on if youre doing MFP for strictly weight loss or combined weight loss/better health. I think the CICO method depends on which you are in this for. For me... Not just the weight but the health so I tend to stay away from what I consider 'bad' foods...foods that are high in saturated fat, high in sugars…

Got a FitBit Charge for Christmas and love it!!

You can count me in too! Feel free to add me. My husband and I have been doing this for 176 days now. I have lost 47 pounds! I lost a couple just before starting this. We love it!

Thank you everyone. I set the goal for maintenance and it bumped me to 1460 calories (normally 1200) but I think for this week I am only going to increase to 1300 and start there. I appreciate all the advice and words of encouragement!!
-
Thanks for the advice. I truly appreciate it as I am a little nervous about going into maintenance. Definitely do not want to gain any back. I am so thankful that I managed to lose over Thanksgiving and did not deprive myself of a nice dinner and even dessert!

*meant currently at 125.6

Weigh daily but only record once a week!

I log faithfully everyday and don't plan on stopping because of a holiday. I do not plan on back sliding. If II know I am going to be over on the holiday, I would like a rough ideas of how bad. I actually am pretty proud of myself today. Went a little over but not overboard and even factored in dessert!!

I weigh everyday but I only log my weight once a week. That way, if I fluctuate during the week, I am not too concerned. What really counts is my official weigh-in day which is generally on Sunday mornings. That's the day I like to see a loss!

I have been on the 1200/day calorie also and have had no problems really My issue has actually been getting to 1200 calories. LOL I have eaten a wide variety of things. I tend to have the same things for breakfast and lunch during the week but only because it's easier on me that way. So far this program has worked good for…
