That's how I felt on day 2 when I woke up but I pushed through it and was glad I did! Rest day here and it's day 5 level 3 tomorrow!

Level 3 is alot of plyometrics and the walking pushup and Level 3 is alot of plyometrics and it's the plank rows with leg raises and traveling push-ups that was getting me. When she says it's no joke, she's not kidding! Lol. Day 3 level 3 done, but man I miss level 1. Lol.
