Hey all. I just picked up X-Factor : ST, when I searched for it, it brought me here, so those of you who do it, is it good? And results? I seen reviews comparing it to Insanity and P90X. That's really what I was thinking. He was saying that I was going to get sick because we need iodized salt in our diet. Which I know that, but I feel like I get enough from everything I eat and don't need to go salting it more. I feel more that it's a personal preference thing as well.

This! I think that is very accurate. Even though I notice my pants are getting too big and shirts don't fit like they used to, I still see myself as that nearly 200 lb girl in the mirror. I think it's because we saw ourselves like that for so long, we are used to it and it takes your brain a few to catch up.
