Starting over again today. I am going to make sure I get my veggies and protein in each day. And exercise more- I am currently exercising in a group twice a week for an hour- a lot of HIIT. I am also "in" for a group - u am new to "talking" to people on here so not sure how to find things always.

I also need to lose at least 50 pounds. I am at the heaviest I have been other than being pregnant. I also need some motivation and support!! It seems like the older I get the harder it is to come off.

I am 5'3 and 47 years old and starting at 190- ugh....got to do something about this!!!! memere101 - have any suggestions? It seems the older I get the harder it is to come off- the only time I have been this weight is when I was pregnant with my 18 year old!!
