I'll add you hun. I had a boyfriend who told me the same thing and I kept getting heavier until well I didn't feel good anymore. I literally felt sick. It's worth it to pursue your health. To me the biggest benefits have been: more energy, able to workout without feeling out of breath, feeling stronger, wearing my jeans…

I wash mine every day that I exercise. The shampoo I use is always sulfate free because sulfate makes my head get sores. My hair dresser always comments that my hair is very soft and hardly has any damage when I go in to see her. When I don't exercise I don't wash my hair I put on a shower a cap. I exercise about 4 days a…

Thank you everyone so much for the advice. I'm going to try to keep it more moderate. Usually I can have a small portion and be alright but the last few days it's been insane. I don't think it's wrong to indulge a bit, I just don't want sweets taking up more calories than actual food. I'll try out some of these tips.

LOL Thank you. It's weird to think I weigh that much but that just goes to show how different people carry weight differently. Good luck on your journey! You've got this.

Went shopping on Saturday and bought myself some jeggings. I used to wear a size 2XL and thought I would need at least an XL when I went to try them on. I needed a Lg however. ;)

Alright. Thank you guys so much. :)

I really don't have the best running shoes to be honest. My feet are kind of flat so that might be part of the problem too. If anyone has suggestions for good shoes I'd love to hear them.

Thank you for the great advice! I really do need to do more strength training in my routine. I'm a cardio junkie but I know the weights are really important as well.
-
Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I will follow this advice.
-
Thank you both for the answers. Does this mean I should stop my regimen for a few days? Or will I still be okay to do something more low intensity like speed walking until they are better?
-
I'll add you! As long as you don't give up, you'll come out ahead, even if you slip up sometimes.

Wow. I didn't expect so much response. Thank you so much everyone. :)

I can wear all my jeans! Wooooooot!

My most recent NSV is that I went from being barely mobile with fibromyalgia to being able to do 60+ minutes of cardio almost daily, not to mention adding in weights within two months time.

Feel free to add me if y'all want. I'm active.

In the past I lost 50 lbs doing a mix of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, P90x, Pilates, and Zumba. Walmart and Amazon have a huge amount of exercise vids that are nice and cheap and give you some variety when working out at home. I suggest getting cardio and at least some strength training in. I have a few sets of dumb…

I don't know why, but an apple with peanut butter seems to keep me full for a really long time. Just be careful not to overdo the peanut butter I suppose for calories sake. I usually eat about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter per apple.

I'll add you, I have around 70 lbs to lose myself :)

I'm also a pescetarian. :) I don't know about communities or anything, but I'd be happy to support you.

Thanks so much everyone. I didn't expect to get so many responses.

Appreciate it.

Thank you, I added you all. :)
