Thank you! I stayed at maintenance for a couple of weeks but I'm also trying not to fall back into bad habits. I picked my goal as it took me into a "normal" BMI but it was at the higher end of normal as it seemed like I had so much to lose to get there. I think another 5kg will be achievable. I'm going to try and start…

My petty reason is I'm the oldest of 5 siblings and I want to be the fittest one 😜

1. I can now fit into a pair of jeans that I couldn't pull past my thighs a few months ago. 2. I just tried on 5 old jackets and they all fit beautifully 3. I feel fitter and stronger and I'm putting way more power behind my punches at my boxing fitness class

Thanks everyone for your replies, you have all been very helpful. I have downloaded the libra app and find it useful and it helps me to not get hung up on the odd fluctuations on the scale. I am actually feeling very positive about my weight loss journey. I am generally staying within my calories but not depriving myself…

Thank you Lietchi. You're reply is reassuring, I might look at getting that app. Thank you ReenieHJ. I definitely need to be more patient. I must remind myself that if I am eating well and exercising then I am helping myself to get closer to my goal by being consistent.

I can relate to your post so much. I'm a busy mum of 2, completing a university degree and working part time. Working out at home is rather short-lived as something is always needed of me although I do try. Looking to lose around 40lbs and just feel fitter. Feel free to add me.

I'm currently pregnant and maintaining for a healthy pregnancy and so I hopefully wont have too much extra to lose after I've had him. I guess my pretty reason would be to show that I can look great even after having my second child and I'd love to feel as sexy as I did when I first met my partner. I'm hoping that my…

I was so much slimmer when I met my partner but I guess we fall into bad habits. He says he will lose weight with me this time so maybe he wont keep bringing home chocolate!

Wow that's a fantastic amount to lose. My daughter is now 6 months and I've just started my weight loss journey this month. Only lost 6lbs so far but have done a complete overhaul on my calorie intake and do an hour a day of exercise as a minimum and I'm fitting in my pre-pregnancy jeans, yay. Feel free to add :)
