  • There's nothing wrong with being skinny either, just would like to point that out. :wink:
  • I would get some frozen veggies for when you're too busy to cook, a week's worth of fresh fruit, and plain rice cakes for snacking. :smiley: As most have pointed out, food type isn't going to make or break your diet, but some healthier snack choices will probably make a difference. Good luck!
