  • I am using the Versa 2. I just got it. Feel free to add me! my ID is 9HZLZ8
  • You look incredible! You should be so so so so proud of yourself. I’m doing low carb/keto too, and counting my macros, and weighing my food. I hope I have even half of your results.
  • Hey. I’m 5’1.5 and currently 173. This is my second time using this app. The first time I was very successful, I got down from 177 to 159 lbs in about 2.5 months. I was running about 3 times a week, but I wasn’t weighing my food (I didn’t own a food scale) and I would frequently go over my calories. I paid no attention to…
  • Add me as well! We all need support, especially during the holidays!
  • I did the program, and loved it. Good luck!
  • As far as I'm concerned, you are a rockstar. Keep going, you are on a great track already just by starting again. Healthy eating will help with recovery too, I'm sure. I'm wishing you all the best.
  • I went for a run today, and I knocked 45 seconds off of my time! I had been doing a mile in 12 min, but today I did it in 11:18
  • Congratulations! You are GORGEOUS, I love your style!
  • I had a big problem with sodium. I used "Smart Balance" or "I can't Believe It's Not Butter" to cook, and I always went over on my sodium. Now I use a coconut oil cooking spray. No calories or sodium.
  • I definitely see some slimness in your belly. Congratulations on the weight you've lost so far. I think I'm really lucky to have found your post, because in 2 months I've lost only 8 lbs, and I was just feeling really discouraged today as well because my weight loss is a lot slower than I've anticipated. I'm 5'1, started…
  • I love this program, I'm on Week 5 myself. PLEASE take rest days. They are so important. If you need to repeat days or a whole week in the program, go ahead. I personally run 4 days a week (mon wed fri sat) and it works fine for me. I'm not a very fast runner, right now I'm just trying to get to a point where I can jog/run…

  • I actually love the workout capris from Old Navy. They are moisture wicking, a bit thicker material than tights or leggings but I don't get too hot running in them. And they aren't that expensive, and they always have a deal going on.
  • 30 years old. Restarted this thing again here in July. But it's gonna stick! I run for cardio and I love it. Feel free to add me. SW: 173 CW: 166 GW1: 130 GW2: 115 (maybe)
  • This is such a good idea. It could be really beneficial for many people to see graphs that look like yours, or with even more squiggle lines! I'm only at 38 days, but when I get to 90, I will definitely post!
  • I struggled with something very similar. To help combat, I took dance classes in my college ( I was a musical theater major), and many of my acting classes just happened to be really physical and started with at least a full half hour of yoga. Eating right in college is so difficult though, I definitely struggled.…
  • See if there is a YMCA around you. They tend to have pools. Swimming is great cross training for runners. So is weight lifting. You can do it. You are back on.
  • I love a slice of toast with a tablespoon of peanut butter. That's definitely my fave. But you should definitely include a snack that is high in iron. A hard boiled egg and some nuts might do the trick for you. Good luck!
  • Add me as well. I am here for a second time. Doing it different by adding friends to motivate me. It definitely helps.
  • If you are going to run using the c25k program (which I ADORE, it's awesome, and you will love it), don't cut out carbs completely you will need a certain amount to give you enough energy to run. Also, yes, just stay in your calorie deficit, and you will lose weight.
  • I use the Couch to 5k program, and I love it. It's awesome for new runners. It's helping be build my endurance up. I'm on week 4, and next week I will doing my first run with no walking intervals, and I'm very excited to see how I do. I absolutely recommend it.
  • I eat back my burned calories, but only half of them. So if I burn 300, I only eat back 150. Especially since there's a lot of overestimates.
  • I used to work at Victoria's Secret, and even though not everyone feels comfortable in the brand, they/we DO know how to bra fit. At least here in Manhattan we do! That being said, it sounds a bit like your band is too tight. If when you take it off at the end of the day, it shouldn't leave red indentations. And because a…
  • Also, I'm a big fan of running. I'm a beginner, currently doing the couch to 5k program, and I love it. It's an 8 week program, and I'm on week 4. If you are a new runner, it's the best way to start.
  • My advice is don't worry about losing fast. It will not stay off in the long run. I'd say you could safely lose 10 lbs a month with eating right and exercising. When you do it right, and maintain after, the weight will absolutely stay off. Good luck.
  • I don't need to lose the same amount as you, but I love supportive friends. Keep at it girl, you can do it. I also think there's a thread somewhere around here for people who have to lose larger amounts of weights, if you'd like to locate people who relate to you a bit more. ☺️
  • I will help too! I totally feel you about looking at slimmer girls and wishing I looked like that. Something I try to do instead is look up #reasonstobefit on tumblr, Instagram, Google, whatever. It shows pictures and inspirational quotes of physically strong women. It def keeps me wanting to work out on days when I don't…
  • I definitely love my wine. I have a glass a few times a week, but I always log it. My other go-to drink if I'm out is coconut rum and pineapple juice. And if I know I'm going out and want to indulge a little, I'll put in a really good work out and eat lighter throughout the day. I don't think anyone should cut out…
  • Gummy vitamins for adults. I'm a kid at heart. And I don't swallow correctly, so swallowing pills is difficult for me.
  • We need a bit more info. Do you feel sick during your run, or immediately after? I also want to say it's due to dehydration. When I first started running, I wouldn't cool down properly. After a run, I need to walk for a full 5 minutes before I stop moving. I have gotten sick many a time cuz of that. You live and you learn,…
  • Leftovers: grilled fish tacos made of salmon, tomatoes, cilantro, bit of chicken broth, on a tostada shell.
