  • I have to lose 40-50 lbs as well. It definitely seems daunting, but your goal is doable. YOU GOT THIS!!!! I shall friend request you, I definitely need motivation like this too.
  • I don't have the greatest knees either. I think you should start out walking with really supportive shoes. Since you dance, you have stamina, you can probably walk a good distance. Wrapping your knees when you walk should help the discomfort.
