Hmm.... Thanks you for responding. Melissa, I have light weights and first my thinking was because they wasn't giving me a "hurt" while lifting them, that they were too light. As I've asked questions and learned, light weights and high reps can be a great plus as you said. Yes, its going to take being different to be…

So does it really become addicting after a lost, thinking that enough is never enough? You look great!
-
I can only smile & think..... How will the new me be!? Great reads!

Have a hard time wrapping your mind around what you look like now, really. I would hate to lose & forever see the "obese" me. How well do u accept compliments from others?
-
It's definitely working & you look good! Hang in there, I'm going to need encouragement also.

Thanks for commenting MFP mates. Seeing a slight difference in my under chin and neck was like a "whoa" moment for me. I didn't see that plump face and big jaws people had been calling pretty all my life. With more weight to lose, a great deal of it, I better get prepared to have many "whoa" moments lol. Happy Healthy…

Now, that's great! I worry because my arms are probably three of yours. I'll wait to see what they're like fifty pounds down and in due time.

This is exactly the routine and I'm in Alabama. I don't want to keep getting these shots in my butt, so as of today, I'm so done with that. He didn't limit the amount of exercise so I exercise fairly heavy & walk long distances. I told the doc I wasn't lazy or didn't have the energy just had an ongoing appetite, he assured…

Lol! Lol! Lol! Lmbo! Lol! Needed that laughter! Thx

Thanks & I sure will get that information when I go back. I was only told what it was, spoke with others in the waiting area who said it was helping them (along with taking Phen 37.5) and paid by expensive fee & got it. Here, it was $135 for the first time, its $45 monthly fee just because, and $20 per shot that they…

Lol! When mines look like yours, I'll invite others too.

I even purchased some shots and have 1 left in my fridge which I'm suppose to inject myself with today. I won't! I promise I won't! I'll just take that $20 lost. Smh, I gotta change my thinking!
-
The more and more I read on this the sicker I get. Oh my Lord! I gotta tell & believe in myself that I can do it..... minus these injections. I weigh in today to see how much I've lost within a week.

:# :D :D something I was introduced to by a Dr. Yes, under a doc @rabbitjb In due time, I'm asking questions, reading, taking notes and learning. Bare with me. @strong_curves

Uuuugggghh..... mentally, it just seems so hard to do without some medical help. I do see where I could drop the B12 Lipo injections but see where I need to keep the Adipex/Phentremine for now because without it, I feel I could eat a house.
-
Wow! Smh, thanks. I'm hoping they at least get smaller and skin tighten up some.

Im not deficient in B12. I'm actually taking this combination to aid in weight loss. @Dariasen
