Yes normal as in I don't know what is a normal good time for a regular runner so I have something to aim for, sorry didn't think I explained it bad lol
-
Very nice!
-
Still got a way to go for myself but feel free to add me if you like!
-
-
That is cauliflower rice and when you fry it off you add in bean sprouts just to add more volume without the cals
-
Love stir fry so much even add a dash of low sodium soy sauce, ground ginger or fresh same with garlic. Coriander dried or fresh works amazing too
-
Thank you!
-
Really amazing guilt free curry, turmeric, cumin, chilli, cinnamon, Chinese 5 spice and salt & pepper in the curry sauce. Hope this helps any questions please ask
-
This is a really simple low calorie lunch idea frittata/baked omelette
-
I was actually thinking about it and one of the chia co. Shots is 8g 37cals. One of these would bulk oats up a lot and obviously have a lot of extra benefits too
-
Tbh they're supposed to be kinda soft and depending on milk added is how mushy they will go. They are best with not too much soya milk (or your choice) and some stevia on top and you usually break them up. My idea was with them going so mushy it kinda bulks up the volume of oats ALOT.
-
I do the same but usually with my own flavoured fat free fromage fais
-
They're lovely but wow that's some price!
-
Lol I haven't had savoury oats before but Zoats (zucchini in oats) really works great if you grate it up fine enough as it basically has no over powering taste. I add cinnamon, chocolate or maple zero calorie Flavdrops and they're super sweet and as you can guess cuts the cal count in half and gets extra veg in my diet. I…
-
My Flavdrops take care of masking and flavouring my oats nice and sweet
-
Courgettes, Turkey mince, sweet potatoes, spinach, bags of small steam veg and sometimes the zero fat natural yoghurt
-
I put in black coffee two shots of myproteins zero calorie Banana Flavdrops also the white chocolate one is nice in coffee too
-
Totally agree
-
It's very crazy to me cause for me that many calories burnt means ALOT of really hard cardio where as badminton is just fun for me you know. Hard to wrap my head around it lol
-
Ah ha so Is this it the 9k ?
-
Thank you
-
I have been logging a while now just missed Sunday lol I am on iPhone app just can't seem to work out what my week deficit is so far
-
They do seem very similar but I would be more inclined to soya as long as this hormones thing is not gonna be an issue. I have cut back on dairy and it seems to work well. Thank you for the info
-
Really can't wait to try goats milk tbh
-
I do love the taste of soya and yep UK so I have to alpro one but wasn't sure with the hormone thing I heard. In Costa I am usually going between soya or skimmed also
-
Thanks but like I said I can't have almond milk or any but milks but also this is only about soya or skimmed as they're the options while out and about. But surely I would use my masticating juicer to make the milk not a blender like the nutribullet.
-
My goals are atm to maintain my weight but was wondering what people thought of soya milk in general as I had heard bad things and obviously good. I am faced with either soya or skimmed when out at times, you hear and read so much information that counters having either. Purely was an interest
-
I am not saying it's healthier I am saying I want to know the best of the two. As that is my options in situations. No other options as I said coconut is my preferred when I have other options.
-
I am not intolerant but I try to cut as much dairy from my life as possible but when it comes to the two soya or skimmed I have a bit of a dilemma of sorts
-
I had heard these sort of things too which was part of my not knowing which is healthier in the long run
