so last Tuesday I had a tummy tuck and mons pubis reduction following a 360 body lift in January 2015. I wanted to ask if anyone who has had a TT what sort of calorie count you were doing as I heard you generally need a bit more then normal for healing? Myth or not

Bulking your oats out!
So I have reduced my oats serving from one cup to a half a cup, I have done this as I now grate in a courgette to bulk out the oats. I have also heard that cauliflower can be used too. I was also going to try maybe rice cakes or one wheatabix. Do you have any things you use that work for you ?

What should I count for badminton?
So today I did 150mins of badminton from 9:30am to 12noon. If I log it suggests 1,222cals if I just keep my Fitbit steps it was 8k plus but had a deficit of 240cals. How do I know which to track or if to just go with Fitbit steps? It was pretty competitive and no stops longer then a min.

Opinions on soya milk?
I have been for a while now going back and forth with if drinking soya milk is better for you then skimmed milk. I currently only have coconut milk but when it comes to drinking out I am faced with the choice between soya or skimmed a lot. I can't have almond milk but would love to see what others think between them two?

How do you pimp your zoats
i am a huge fan of zoats and have come to Love them more then normal oats/porridge. Here is my basics base which I then add Myprotein flavDrops too and a bit of zero sugar syrup which is less then 16cals for the whole bottle! Which I don't actually count in MFP as I use very little.
