Is must be regional as once I reached my BMI I was then given the go ahead so not everyone needs to wait 2years

I would suggest going to your GP and get the ball rolling way before your goal weight cause tbh my "goal" was not bmi correct and I needed to keep losing and it's all recorded for your case, good luck!

Thanks I seem to of been very flat right after with not too much bloat or water weight. 8k is awesome mine came in at £11,500 but thank god I was able to get this with my GP! Thank you for the exercise info !

Quorn sausage with cauliflower mash and roasted broccoli

Made these simple chicken burgers with a extra light laughing cue cheese centre. Two chicken breasts Carrot Two garlic cloves Onion (optional) Five mushrooms Rosemary and thyme Paprika Black pepper Pink Himalayan salt Pulse in a blender and form into burgers and don't forget to stick the cheese triangle on the middle

Cauliflower chilli kidney bean rice with broccoli. Poached egg on top and a corn. Not too shabby

They don't really just told about the proteins, I obviously have a calorie goal for maintaining each day but wasn't sure how recovery would effect my daily cal intake each day

I have been trying HIIT sprints and hill running too which is a killer For me lol

That picture is from the treadmill the other night but I run a lot outside too not track but mostly cross country/ path running. I seem to be faster not on the treadmill which is weird

Running is a novelty to me still as last year I couldn't even walk around the supermarket without a trolley cause of been over weight so I am basically learning just how to even become a runner. I would love to get to a time where I could realistically go in for a race
