  • I'm also going to lose 80 pounds! My strategies are similar to McMomma02's: 1) exercise daily. Start with walking and hiking first week. 2nd week begin interval training 2) log everything 3) drink lots of water 4) get plenty of rest Goal #1 10% (24 pounds) by end of September.
