What's up, guys! My name is Andrew and I'm looking to lose 80 pounds. I hope we can all motivate each other and provide support throughout our goals!

    Awesome..... I'm also looking to lose 80lbs also. My short term goal is to be down 50lbs by November.
    What's your short term goals and what foods have you decided to erase from memory/diet.

    Also going to lose 80 love!
    First 30 to be gone by the end of September!
    1. Proper rest
    2. Drink water
    3. Log all calories on MFP
    4. Cardio 6x/wk
    5. Strength 2x/wk
    Just focus on ONE DAY, today! You totally can lose it all love! <3

    I'm also going to lose 80 pounds! My strategies are similar to McMomma02's:

    1) exercise daily. Start with walking and hiking first week. 2nd week begin interval training

    2) log everything

    3) drink lots of water

    4) get plenty of rest

    Goal #1 10% (24 pounds) by end of September.
