I watched calories very strictly and I also do gym stuff. Definitely hard work but worth it! I still have more to lose but I am feeling so much better.

I am afraid I could be heading to harder losses. So far I have been meticulous in my tracking on mfp. I also try and do 1 hour of gym time at least 5 times a week.

Do you hit any plateaus? and if you did how did you break it? I had my moment on June 12th when my neurosurgeon said he was too nervous to do the back surgery because of my weight. I am into my lifestyle change almost 13 weeks and 36 lbs off. I cannot get the scales to budge. Would be interested in pointers! BTW huge…
