Seriously, set MFP to 1lb per week loss - Eat those calories. Also, I always eat my exercise calories back (unless I do a long distance run, then I just physically can't). I'm still losing.

What have you set your loss too? Try setting it to one pound per week and see what MFP calculates your calorie allowance as.

Jen, if you're anything like me, I love my food - the reason I say this is reducing the calories just makes me eat my own hand. Slow and steady there's nothing wrong with that! :)

1830 calories here, losing about 1lb/week. And am running more now, so hoping this will increase. Bare in mind that depending on metabolism and several other factors, you can lose more or less than others.
