Any shift workers? Tips?
Hey fellow losers! I am a nurse, who does both 13 hour days and 13 hour nights, all I want to do during them is eat, eat and eat. Anyone found any tips to help overcome the urges? Or substitutes? When I'm on nights especially I find it hard to exercise until the shifts are over. Also, feel free to add me! Mike
