Any shift workers? Tips?

Hey fellow losers!
I am a nurse, who does both 13 hour days and 13 hour nights, all I want to do during them is eat, eat and eat. Anyone found any tips to help overcome the urges? Or substitutes?
When I'm on nights especially I find it hard to exercise until the shifts are over.
Also, feel free to add me!

I dont do shifts anywhere near as long as that, but I do work at really odd times (sometimes 5pm- 1am) and it can make planning meals awkward. I tend to just make sure I plan in advanced for the day and I have a larger meal right before I leave for work. I try and make sure it's something that's going to keep me feeling full with a good balance of carbs and protein (chicken and pasta is one of my favourites).
Failing that, how about taking low calorie snacks with you? Things like kitkats, low cal cereal bars, individually packaged oreos etc can be 100-120 cals each and they're great to give you a bit of a boost my personal favourite is sugar free jelly pots, I think the ones I buy are Hartleys and they're only 2-5 cals a pot! Great if you just want a sugar boost.
Exercise wise if you're doing a 13 hour shift, you're probably getting a lot of steps in! I know it's not the same as intentional exercise but I dont know how you find the energy after that!0
