  • I’m on a few meds for mental health. For many years I was on lexapro and maybe gained a few pounds. It wasn’t till I started taking a mood stabilizer that my weight went up. It could’ve been because I felt relaxed and not manic though. Years later I was put on Wellbutrin and lost weight because it made me so worked up. I’m…
  • I take adderall. Vyvanse just hit different.I ended up having bad stomach issues with it. It also made me drop weight like crazy!!!! I look fit in the matter of months without working out. Adderall does not have that effect on me. I believe vyvanse is stronger or just the way it interacts with my body. But yes for me it…
  • Illinois!
  • I don’t know his name off hand so I can’t tag him. But he never misses a post of mine. It’s sweet. But I’m not sure if his profile is real lol @micahtouchet
  • It’s all in the eyes and expression. I prefer a leaner man. I don’t like big and bulky muscles and man that isn’t scared to come up to me and start conversation.
  • You can’t give up! Putting one foot in front of the other! Days are going to suck and they are going to be hard. Some days you’ll eat like crazy and feel bad but sometimes you need those days. Maybe setting little goals. Like I’ll walk X amount today( I know your legs hurt) or I’ll bike X amount of time. I’d be miserable…
  • It’s probably the coffee creamer LOL that stuff is addictive. Ever so often I measure to see how much I’m drinking. But I’m pretty active. I workout on my own and I have three kids who are all in sports so we’re constantly practicing something. Do you like your garmin?
  • I seem to have to eat less calories that is given to me in order to lose weight. Unless I was to eat vegetables all the time lol and I just don’t have the stamina for that
  • You don’t sound snarky to me. It is a heart rate based Watch. I know I’m order to lose weight with both the app and the Watch I have to eat a bit less calories then what the app says. The app gives me a lot to eat. But I can also look at it that I need a higher calorie burn. The watch doesn’t add my entire burned calories…
  • No I ride a bike, roller skating, walking and I do some weight lifting every other day. That would make sense. Today it said I burn 178 calories doing weights. So if it’s cardio it’s more accurate? I also click about 16k or more a day.
  • I’m going to look into that book. I can run a little over a mile without stopping and I just read you increase it by 10% each week! So that’s helpful and ensures having enough time to be able to run. Would the same rule apply to increasing my biking time by 10% each week?
  • I’m really excited. I have a long time to prepare, it’s not until October. I specifically want to work on my running. I want to be able to run the miles fully. Running is my weak spot. But I’ve been running a bit further each day without stopping. I cycle everyday for at least an hour , some days longer. I run a mile to a…
  • Thank you! You’re always so helpful.
  • I switched to a lower fat eating regimen and now I don’t go to the bathroom. But it’s probably all in what you eat. I eat a pretty low calorie intake as well. Some days I get to 1500. But when I consistent at 1200 eventually I’m going to have a cheat meal that’s big enough to ruin everything I worked so hard towards. I…
  • I guess I personally like measuring because it seems to be more consistent for me personally. I seem to yo yo on the scale due to water retention(I’d assume) But I do agree I don’t believe that the tracking I have now is accurate. I’d say I’m probably more around 24% instead of the 22%. Which is fine, I know I can get it…
  • I never eat the amount they give me! I’d be stuffed all the time. I don’t know if because my exercise has went up, but I’ve lost a lot of my appetite and I hope it doesn’t effect my metabolism.
  • I was hoping to attach the photo of the app I use and how all that information is laid out like you explained. I don’t know why it won’t work
  • I never even thought of blood volume as lean body mass. Thanks for that. I plug my numbers into an app that calculates my percentage and I can only think that it has that fourth number due to losing half inches and quarter of inch slowly over time.
  • I’m really low on my fiber! Like ridiculously low. My fat I’m okay on. Sheesh there literally is a science to all this! I really appreciate the help.
  • Walked 2 miles Vigorously biked for an hour Deadlifts, rows, bicep curl, bench press, single arm Row and other things I don’t know the names of I just know how to do them and then regular crunches, flutters and Sitting twists with weights.
  • I’ll help out!
  • Very true 1 probably doesn’t do much!
  • I have cut down on my fat and that could be a big component. Honestly I don’t know what is a healthy fat. I know avacados are but I hate them. But if you could give me some ideas for healthy fats, I’d appreciate it.
  • I don’t know if I’m replying right. But this could be the issue. I’m thinking about drinking a laxative tea and see what happens and ditch the probiotic. So last year not to get to gross I had diarrhea constantly and I started the probiotic to help my gut and it stopped the diarrhea. So I think you’re on to something here!
  • I personally wouldn’t pose nude. And no offense to the person above me. I’m not into looking at naked bodies often lol
  • I’ll add you!
  • I find this app confusing!! My age is so real! Anyways! I have zero friends in here and would like to make some that are very motivating! I workout everyday and I just keep going hard. But lately I’ve wanted to throw in the towel and I really don’t truly want to do that. So a friend suggested this app, so here I am!
