  • Chose a diet you can stick for the rest of your life, not for quicker weight loss because you'll gain it all back with getting back to your old eating habits. It's just a waste of time and years of struggling with a jo-jo weight.
  • I've similar problem, but what's kind of funny I don't binge due to craving foods I don't eat anymore (junk, sweets, bars, chips, pastries) I don't mind not eating them anymore... I binge with food I eat every day which is quite healthy I would say but the amount of it is just scary... till I feel sick... I've been…
  • Anything what will make you enjoying it. Jog, run, fitness groups, dancing groups, riding
  • From one side it's good motivation but frankly I would rather save the money to buy something what really will look good and will make you feel amazing as the body is now. Seriously sometimes fabric quality makes you want to wear it. Planning is ok but focusing on the present and being happy now should be more important…
  • I don't do butter at all, avocado with olive oil, salt and pepper smashed as spread is better and healthier option i think. I use non stick 0cal butter spray though. It doesn't change the taste as you use just a little.
  • Maybe it's easier but what would be the point? It's better to do them harder as you have better results and better heart rate pump.
  • Mostly it's diet but from the other hand exercising has way bigger impact than food on how your body will look after losing the weight (lose skin isn't pretty, tone body hell yea!)
  • Waiting won't make any changes, so start as soon as possible. If you don't want to go to the gym find any other exercise which will make you happy and not hard to go for. Maybe you'll find some desire to attempt a gym with losing weight or exercise variation.
  • Can't find edit button :) I'm based near Tower Bridge, London, Uk
  • I'm using mine as a sweetner to my yogurt or pumpkin spread. My whey is 130cal/34g i think and it's really sweet and adds up protein intake as well. I have up to one scoop daily, add it as you'd like to- waffles, pankaces, greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, unsweetend almond milk, mix it with a little bit of water and have a…
  • Stop having hard time to get up and just do it! After 7-14 day you'll addjust. For some people late workouts work due to not oveareating of being bored in front of the tv, so do what suits you really. I preffer mornings, don't have to be bother about it anytime in the day, can have my normal make up all day long without…
  • I agree you really need to be strict to what you eat than ever, weight your food. I think cups are better when you are at maintance. Depeds witch yoga are you doing, but I've tried two hatha- burned only 150cal/h, bikram yoga- burned 380cal/h, how intense are your runs matters too. Maybe heart monitor would help you…
  • 5'7, 117lbs at this moment aiming for 110lbs
  • Hat with a cap and go outside. Your not made out of sugar... and your immune system will be better if your not scared going and being outside in any weather condition.
  • Do what your body tells you... if you're reaching goals you have had set to yourself then 80% of carbs might be good for you. You you feel tired, moody, you're not loosing weight and hit platou it's time for change. I've read you need at least 0.5 x your weight in lbs protein to keep your organs as they are muscles in a…
  • Why are you working out so much? If you feel exhausted give it a break... It suppose to makes you feel better not worst. Don't know what your goal is due to what you've been doing, but after achieving your goal are you capable to keep up on weekly 50 hours working out for all of your life?
