5'6 women what is your goal weight/measurements

I'm 5'7", and my current weight is 170 lbs (measurements: 40"-30"-40"), I'm thinking my goal is going to be somewhere around 130-140.
I've never been thin before, so it's not like I have a specific weight I want to "get back" to. I'll be playing it by ear and seeing where I wind up in a happy, healthy place.0 -
I'm a smidge under 5'6 and currently just under 140. My goal for the end of the year/my wedding is 130.
I've been as high as 165 and maintained around 150 for the last 5 years. I feel pudgy anywhere over 145, and feel generally ok once I get below 140, but feel my body looks best around 130...although it has been a while since I've seen that, and I've never been lower as an adult.0 -
My goal weight is 160. I have quite a bit of muscle from playing in a competitive women's field hockey league.0

The lowest weight I've ever been as an adult is about 150-154ish and I think I looked not too bad! I was still sturdy and curvy. This time I don't have a GW set in stone, it depends on whether or not I keep my boobs to be honest (they're pretty massive )! Haha. If I do I think I'll go for 135-140 and if I don't 130-135. So on my profile I've mentioned 135lbs as my GW just because it's the middle ground, but my plan is to see how I feel when I get there.0

I'm 5'6 & my highest weight was 383lbs. Current weight is 290lbs.
My goal is 180 for now, but I know that even at that weight I will probably still be "big". I have no idea what my body looks like slim or healthy so I guess my final GW will have to be determined when I get there.0 -
I'm a hair under 5'6", and my current weight is 170. My goal is 145. I have extremely long legs, and a really short upper body. My lowest adult weight was 129. I look at pictures from that point and I don't like the way I look. Too bony IMHO. My husband likes my thicker booty and bigger boobs. If only I could spot reduce, and just take the flab off my midsection, life would be perfect. Alas, I will reassess at 145. I am not a fast loser by any stretch of the imagination, so IDK how long that goal will take to reach.0

This is a good thread for me. I started at 294, and I'm down to 219, and my goal has always been 180. I just arbitrarily set that number. But now that I'm getting closer, and I believe it IS attainable, I've wondered if I'll need to set a new one once I get there. It's nice to see what others are shooting for!0

I'm 5' 5.5" and I have a goal range rather than a goal weight. At least for the time being. I would like to be somewhere between 130 and 145. It's been a while (a LONG while) since my weight has been that low and based on body changes (pregnancies, etc.) and age I'm just going to keep working away and see what I look like when I get there and what looks/feels most appropriate.0

I always hover between 130-140. My lowest was 128lbs and my highest is right now at 141lbs. I am working towards reaching the high 120s low 130s 10 pounds seems like a struggle for me though. I am moderately muscular so for me its like "the last 10 pounds" type struggle0

5'6" and my goal is 145. I'm 155 right now.0

5'6", CW 135, plan to maintain/recomp at 130. Definitely want to lose more than 5 pounds of fat but I've just noticed loose skin on my thighs and plan to stop at 130 to let my body catch up.0

I am 5'6" and the lowest weight I have even been as an adult is 148. I had lost 100 lbs (the wrong way). Then I got married, had two kids, and now I'm 191 (down from 240).
My goal weight is 140 and then I'll decide from there.0 -
I'm 5'6". I don't even know the lowest weight I've been in my adult life - maybe around 175? I peaked at 210 (if you ignore the 240 when I was 9 months pregnant with my son). CW is low 190s, and GW is 150. Once I get there, I'll decide what to do. It just seems so far away at this point, and I can't fathom going lower than that right now.0

I'm 5'6'' and am aiming for 115 lb before I start a bulk to build muscle. Currently at 121 lb but not happy with my weight as I am what I consider to be 'skinny fat'. I want to be able to see my muscle. After my bulk I hope to come back up to around 121 lb but with muscle.0

5'6" with a goal of 125. My CW is 136.0
-
5'7, 117lbs at this moment aiming for 110lbs0

125lbs will be about 36-26-36 or so.
118lbs is about 35.5-23.5-35.5.
I like to be between that.
I'm both curvy and muscular.0 -
I'm 5'6" at my highest weight I was 206. I did get down to 150, now I'm around 168, my goal is 155-160. I love my curves!0
-
My initial goal is 140, then hopefully 130. I was 150, I'm going to work down to 140, take a break and try to keep it off, and then go for the next 10.0

I'm 5'6 and my goal is around 150. I am curvy and so anything below 140 I look like I have an eating disorder. I once got down to 123 lbs and then got pregnant. Everyone thought I looked better with a little bit of weight on. I just want to be healthy and happy. I'm hovering at 191 right now and I just don't feel good about myself.0

You should stop trying to lose and recomp. Yikes. I support people who want healthy goals--yours is risking osteoporosis.0 -
I'm 136-7 right now, and for looks want to drop down until my thighs slim up and stomach isn't wobbly (I'm not very muscley, so probably at ~125?) and when I get there, I will consider dropping a few more lbs, because 117-123.5 is supposed to be in the ideal range for running, which is my favorite 'athletic' activity and I really want to be good at it! Also in September I will begin lifting, which will hopefully bump up my lean body mass and make me look better.
Btw I am very pear shaped and not curvy at all. Extra weight def does not go to the right places like some other lucky people here. So I'm tryna make the best of what I got!
If any other 5'6 ladies wanna friend me, please do! I love looking at diaries!0 -

5'6" 1/2 Currently 147.5lbs and thinking I have 20-30 more pounds to go. 1st goal is drop to 128lbs and see about re-comping from there if body fat is low enough. I started at 247-ish, never been below 160, really ever in my adult life. So I have no idea what the best weight for me is, all I know is I want to be strong and healthy, the scale alone can't tell me that I have reached that goal.0

UGH, sorry to be responding for you @MayaEmProject but I hate when people do this. If someone is eating healthy, exercising and eating a sufficient amount of calories don't tell them that their goal would cause osteoporosis. Unless someone has anorexia then I don't think they risk it.
Different body types can handle different types of weight.
My normal weight was about 110 before I gained weight and I was healthy without osteoporosis.
At 5'7" and 110 pounds would put MayaEm at a BMI of 17.2, which is well into the underweight category. Even at 117 pounds she's already considered underweight. I would tread lightly on giving advice to someone who doesn't seem to be heading down a safe path.0 -

I'm 5'6.5 and currently at 117 (I think) and aiming for 113. Waist is 24.5 - 25... I'm okay with it. It's my thighs I would really like to make a bit smaller (yes, I know spot reduction is not possible).0

Im at 185 currently...my goal is 145.... So far ive lost 2 pounds in one week0
