22lbs! Wow!

Thanks for the tip

That's actually really helpful, I didn't know that. If I ate below my calories one day I thought that was good

Good idea

So if I've eaten 3 healthy meals, and am not hungry, I must still eat more just to reach my calorie allowance. Ok.
-
As I've said repeatedly, I didn't do anything unhealthy, my allowance was 1200, but some days I did not reach that. I did to a hell of s lot of exercise including the 30 day shred.
-
Yes I guess we are. Looks like I will have to post my diet and exercise tips for others
-
What's unhealthy about the way I've done it so far then? Healthy eating and exercise

The surgery is very very important, I need it so I have to loose it. And am sure I will with dedication. Thanks for the few who posted helpful comments.

I was sticking to 1200 calories a day or just under. The purpose of this thread was to find out if it was possible to loose more than 12lb

And as I said earlier, I lost 12 pound last month doing the 30 day shred so it is possible as I've done it, and kept it off
-
I was only told this last week, so doctor must think it's possible also
-
I have to loose it, or my surgery will be delayed
-
That wasn't my first month though, it was my 3rd. Only difference I did last month was doing the 30 day shred DVD
-
I'm 5'2, and 12stone. Need to loose a stone for medical reasons
-
My ticker is not accurate as I've not been using it properly
-
I'm not morbidly obese, and I didn't do anything drastic just watched my calories and done a cardio fitness DVD daily. Not interested in arsey comments ok
-
As I said, I lost 12lb last month so aiming for 14lb next month and just after tips
-
Well I lost 12lb in a month before just by watching my calories and daily cardio exercise, just wondering if I could get to a 14lb loss next month. There is good reason
