I put on 11 lbs of water the last two weeks, dropped my carbs, lost 12 the last two days, so I've lost 3 lbs this month. Currently 389. Would like to be 385 by Thanksgiving.

Like someone else said, the scale is only one factor. My weight loss has slowed and it will slow down the more you lose which is what it's supposed to do, but I had to buy a new belt cause my pants are starting to fall off. Working out 6 days a week and eating 6 small meals has me losing inches all over. That won't show up…

Keep it up. I'm gunning for 380 by year's end myself. 10 lbs knowing I have a birthday, Thanksgiving and Xmas is realistic.

It took me losing 110lbs to even get to 460. Lost 200 lbs between August 2009 and December 2010. Started gaining in September 2011 and swung between 470 and 420 for almost 9 years until last July. Gym, those months of quarantining didn't stop me and neither will the weather.

When I was 467 at 34 in July 2019. Currently 390, down from 570 11 years ago. Cannot stop now.

Just keep in mind that you don't want to go through that again. That's what is keeping me going. I can't go back to 450 and 500 and 570 just to have to lose it all over again. I'm 390 as of this morning. My mind couldn't take it!

570 at age 24, barely able to walk, not having a life. Trust me, it seemed like a loooooong way from 399, but my support system never quit on me. We all have choices, we do it or we don't. It's really that simple.

I was at 570, currently 392, 300 lb is my goal based on my height and bone density. The gym manager said based on those two factors, 290-300 lb range would be ideal.

Highest weight was 570 in August 2009. Lowest weight was 369 in December 2010 and July 2011. Bouncing between 410 and 470 for the last 9 years. I was 467 last July. I'm currently 396.
