Yum! Way to go!

I wish I would have taken more pics. I hated pictures of me for many years, so I don't have much in the "before" category.
-
You have done amazing! Congrats on 2 years here and more importantly, congrats to reaching your goals. Awesome!

I eat a few berries with cream once in a while. I also eat a bit of muskmelon at time. And since tomatoes are technically fruit, I guess those count as well.
-
Amazing progress!! You can really tell the difference. You are killing it!

Yep, either a cache thing or a MFP thing. I think I've seen images get jumpy and look like they were appearing for other people's profiles. Clear your cache and see if that helps. If not, it's probably MFP.

That looks wonderful, Melanie! Yum!

Confidence. I no longer am trying to hide in room or sit in the back.

Compliments. I never got them before. Now I usually get 1 or 2 a day. It's a very strange thing for me, but it really encourages me.

Welcome back! I'm new so don't remember you, but it I've been down your path 5 or 6 times already. This is my most successful attempt. If you only have an hour, I would recommend Extreme Low Carb Meals on the Go. http://www.amazon.com/Extreme-Lo-Carb-Meals-Go-Solutions/dp/1593372140 I have it and there some great recipes…

Brats with some green beans.

I'm still a long ways from goal, but glad to hear other people are similar.
-
Usually around a 2. I like a nice 1 once in a while and 3 is OK, but 2 is my preference.
-
Great job! Are you at your goal weight now?

Thanks everyone! Although @wabmester , I've never seen Breaking Bad, so not sure if that is a good thing or not.

I know it's not called before/after, but here's a nice thread with a lot of in-progress pictures in it. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10337065/photobombing-progress-pics-ahem-lots-share-yours-too It would be nice to have a sticky. I've seen a few of these come and go over the last few months.

OK, I'll jump on board. This isn't a true before as it is from a few years ago and I am at 250 pounds. I started this time at 265 back in July, my highest weight ever. The other picture is from today and I am 45 pounds down from my peak.

For me, a cheat day usually takes 2 weeks to get back to where I was before. I will usually gain 2-3 pounds for a cheat day. The full 3 pounds doesn't hit for 1-2 days later. Then it takes the rest of that week to get back down to 1 pound above, then another week to get back to my pre-cheat weight. Then another week to get…

Welcome back! It's a great time to get started again! The stroganoff I made tonight was wonderful and very easy. http://cookingwithchef-jeff.blogspot.com/2011/05/skillet-stroganoff-and-roasted.html

I don't have much to offer. We are kind of the opposite. I count everything and my wife just wings it. She was doing great then took off for a birthday meal. Back in October. And has never really gotten it going again. I count and weigh almost everything. I don't know how to help her other than be encouraging when she eats…

I love Mayo and not a fan of Miracle Whip at all. Give me all the yummy fat calories. The fat calories make me lose weight!!

Haha, someone else that says Dude. Awesome. I started back in college as my roomate was from California and I picked it up. I use it way too often now. And Dude. I could totally eat 1/2 a cup with a spoon. And have.... I have had to cut out peanut better as even the sugar free stuff causes me to crave and often over-eat…

Skillet Stroganoff was for dinner tonight. Super simple and super easy. Takes about 15 minutes total. Recipe: http://cookingwithchef-jeff.blogspot.com/2011/05/skillet-stroganoff-and-roasted.html

Lots of vitamin C, gargle with straight lemon juice, drink apple cider vinegar straight, and lots of hot tea with throat soothing ingredients (licorice root, slippery elm, and ginger).
-
I haven't made it in a while, but we used to make it all the time. It was called "Oopsie Rolls" at the time and had no sweetener in them. I guess marketing got to it. They are a nice change up, but a bit of a pain to make, so we kind of quit. Going to make them to day for BLTs though.
-
Sounds great! Will have to try them.
-
+1 Totally agree. I wouldn't have gotten this far without encouragement.

I eat much more than 100 grams of fat. It's not bad for you. Eat until you are full. @FIT_Goat has some great advice.
