Anyone else having trouble with the dates? Often I will enter the miles for the date, change the date, and then hit "OK". It then posts with a different date. My last 3 dates are all off by a day. Also, I see that the years stop at 2017... I hope they release an update in the next two weeks, but am not holding my breath.

Just walked past the encounter with the black rider. On my way to meet the elves. Also, I noticed you can add friends in the app. I am Lowjax there and would be happy to add anyone else. After all, I can’t be a fellowship all by myself.

I’m just starting my fitness journey. I’ve worked on the diet side for a while and now it’s time to do the hard work to go with it. Happy to have more friends who are interactive.

Thanks for his thread! Today was my first time in a fitness gym. I had a ton of these thoughts going through my head. It helped that I did have a trainer with me and walked me though everything, but I still felt like I was doing everything wrong.

His recommendation was that I eat breakfast in the morning to help with my cortisol management. I mentioned that I didn't have a lot of time and suggested smoothies as an alternative.

Yep! Click on your name so your screen shows your profile. From there, click on "Settings" in the upper right corner. Then go to Diary Settings in the list. From there, you can change the names to whatever you want. I have made my own for Tea and for Supplements.
