Greens, Whites, and most herbals I drink just straight. Light Blacks some berry herbals I put a bit of cream in. Heavy Blacks, Rooibos, and some Pu-Erhs I I use a lot more cream. Welcome back! I've been there many times myself. Including multiple times of gaining all my weight back. I hope never to go back there again and that's why I'm still here. Been almost 2 years here at MFP and although there has been struggles, I don't ever want to totally go off-plan and gain all the weight back.

I love cheese! I have to only buy a bit at a time or I will eat way to much of it and will blow my calories out of the water. I prefer harder cheeses and enjoy some blues as well.
