  • I am on a mission to loose 100 lbs too. If you add me as a friend we can keep each other in check. I was recently switched to a gluten free diet and already lost 5 lbs in one week, but I would love to have friends on here so I can stay on track
  • I just switched to gluten free and have the same issue. Drink an entire glass of water and if you are still hungry, have only one handful of something, wait, and repeat. You will likely get more full on water and you won't feel so bad. But only one handful! No mas! And good luck

  • I have celiac disease so I can relate. I normally don't eat breakfasts but when I do I usually have some home fries, rice chex, fruit, fruit smoothie... The possibilities are endless for breakfast really. I recommend allrecipes.com
  • Also lactaid milk and dairy products taste delish! I was lactose free as a kid because we didn't know I had a gluten allergy and assumed it was lactose intolerance

  • I always had issues as a kid which was falsely diagnosed as lactose intolerance, grease intolerance and IBS. But 20 years later I have my answer. It's my 4th day gluten free and it is so hard to do especially in a house of unrestricted people. How did you cope in the beginning?
  • Thank you so much and that sounds so incredible!! I love shrimp but try to avoid it because of the cholesterol it has but that sounds too good to pass up
