I love exercise, I could do it all day. I'm a big fan of beach body programs. In the last 2 months I unearthed turbo jam I do it 3-5x/week. Sometimes I do 2 DVD in one session. Thank you all for your responses. I'm used to having to work for most holidays but this was the first one with my daughter so far away. I'm going to have a better plan next year though.

I had to work, so I focused on my work and providing care to someone who was worse off than me. I went to the movies on Friday. ..alone but I loved that.

Thank you for sharing! I'm only 3 weeks into my journey and I have been focusing on the present in order not to get discouraged about the work and the road before me. I'm focusing on being consistent and momentum. I have about 110lbs to go..... Good luck with your journey on maintenance.

I love eggs! I only by organic eggs because they taste awesome. I eat eggs daily, sometimes eating 6 eggs in a day. And yesssss, the yolks too. My cholesterol levels are phenomenal .

You can do it. You've got your age on your side at your age if you do the work the weight will come off without much difficulty.
