Totally understand. At my heaviest I was 250. After 2 years I got down to 175 and loved it. Then life happened. Eating fast food between 2 jobs and school, eating in the car with my kids, etc. Now I weigh 220. I'm extremely disappointed in myself. Good Morning! I did the C25K app and loved it. I still did a walk/run combo, but I completed my first 5k with a 14 min pace. Plus I had knee issues from not having the right support for my knees. In 2017-I definitely plan to be more active with 5k's and get some more run bling! Good Luck! Your race, your pace! You got this!

I swear eating for me is as addicting as someone who smokes cigarettes. It is so hard not to discourage myself and keep saying I will start again Monday. I'm great at encouraging, but tough on myself.
