I really hope I do, it so hard to get started its untrue, just carving food and laying about. Do you have any food tops and if you work out at home what do you do?

I live in the UK but I've found that buying locally sourced produced food is always cheaper, as your not paying for the transportation cost and also food which is in season and not buying food which is not.

And I've bought a treadmill, bring it on!!!

Thanks for the replays, I won't be saying clean eating again, I'm eating all homemade meals and snacks and trying to keep my calories down from this, but having a slow day at work I just feel hungry and just want to eat.
