i have try the protein powered but it never seams to agree with me. It may work if i cook with it but in shack form even the lactose free gives me problems. I will try the Cajun foreplay and and i love the shirataki noodles been playing with a way to make mack and cheese whit them.

Here is a list ok foods I know this will hurt your brains but Im trying to make this stuff into some meals. Every time i do i gain like 5 lbs, Dr says im carbohydrate intolerant. Witch sucks becaus all good tasting things have carbs or surge.

Its totally doable i have dropped 135 in past 5 month with a good diet. Still need to lose 120 tho would love it you would add me we can keep each other going. My food loges are open if you want to see what im eating or i can email the diet im on im always happy to help and get new friends.

You can eat 1200 and feel full its about what you eat also carbs matter just as much as cal. I know your pain i was 500lb when i started and a huge over eater but now im staying on a good diet at 1100 cal and down 130 lb not feeling hungry ether.
