I will be 55 in 9 days, I have lost 75 pounds since 2011 and am in the best shape of my life. It takes determination and stick-to-itivenss. I worked out whether I wanted to or not and then before I knew it I was hooked and felt guilty when I didn't.

I would love to have more friends that log in daily, don't make excuses like; I can't run because its cold and there is snow on the ground, or I don't have time to workout. If you put fitness first, then I'd love to have you as a friend. Also if you go 3 days without logging in, well then i'll delete you, no hard feelings!
