Do you allow your stomach growl before you eat something? I notice for me that if I don't allow my body to get fully hungry between meals/snacks I may be eating when I am not truly hungry and tend not to lose if I don't wait for that growl. I know everyone is different and true hunger signals are different for each person.…

The calorie tracker I use is just the MFP one for now but the fitbit does sound like a more accurate option. Thanks for the great feedback!

I LOVE mixing up my salads...I eat one every day for lunch but don't always use lettuce. There are 100s of ways to get fruits & veggies in with your protein! Pinterest is a good place to start but have fun creating your own!
