As I stated in a earlier post. I have and am still being monitored by my doctor and she sees nothing wrong. So with that being said to each their own!!

Well I only drink water except when I have a craving for something else than I'll have a glass of skim milk or tea. Yes I have started eating more fruits, i always ate alot of veggies. I try to drink 64oz or more of water per day...

Chips was hard for me to give up. I'm a chip fanatic, so I had to buy a lot of nuts & popcorn. I think you can do it, just stay focused on your goals!!

You can do this. Just stay positive and believe you have what it takes. When I had a sweet tooth I would eat a yogurt. Which my nutritionist said is very good for me. Whenever I craved salty and crunchy I would eat pecans or peanuts

Thanks everyone and yes I plan to keep most these things out my diet. I will have chocolate every now and then. It was very hard but I had help from my fiancé, brother, and a friend. My starting weight was over 330 so it wasn't like I didn't and don't need to lose the weight!!

Yes I lost 16.6lbs in 3wks...and before I started the challenge I spoke with my doctor and i have been monitored since. My doctor finds nothing wrong.

I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2010. My cycle has never been normal, af always stays 15 days or more. I was never given any treatment for it except the occasional birth control pill or depo with didn't do anything for me. Well in May of this year I was put on metformin 500mg 2x a day.
