I have been going to one since July of last year. Squat rack, power rack, lots of benches, dumbbells up to 125 pounds, and everything else you need for a good workout. We go at 5:30 am and there is usually between 20 and 30 people working out so not crowded. For the price, can't beat it. There was a Goodlife for women only…

We went for 2 weeks in February,came back 3 pounds heavier than when we left. Lost it within 5 days since it was water weight. Did lots of beach walking, hit the gym most mornings for about 1/2 hour. Fully enjoyed all the drink and food that was offered too. Have fun and get right back on track when you get home.

The blog said a couple days but I made it before and was good for about 5 - 6 days. The lime juice tends to keep the avocado from browning I think.

Had this the last 2 nights and it was very good. 1st night I put it over cod and baked in the oven, last night as a salad dressing.
