No pics, but this morning I had a breakfast wrap that was super good! 12-grain wrap with two eggs, two pieces of bacon, red onion and a tablespoon of no-fat miracle whip mixed with franks red hot. Deeeelicious, and kept me full until lunch.

New Brunswick! :) Only see a couple other Maritimers here.

The one I've got is So Delicious brand and it's the vanilla bean flavour. I also bought an almond milk ice cream but haven't tried that yet; I think it was 130 calories for .5 cup.
-
I guess you're right, I just looked and it's 120 for .5 cup. Not bad though!

I eat dessert basically every day; it's just a matter of making sure you account for it in your diary. If I know I ~really~ want a treat in the evening I log it in the morning and work around it. Also, I'm lactose intolerant and have recently found coconut milk ice cream. I can't remember what the nutrition is exactly but…

Thanks ladies! I'll try keeping a granola bar or something in my purse if I'm not able to keep on my normal routine. :)

A more buff version of the guy in this video.

You can! I prefer Songza but Spotify has some good playlists too; the one I've used has ads every so often.
-
I've been using some playlists on Songza a lot; probably my favourite right now is called "Pick Up Your Feet" I think. It's under pop. Basically anything top 40; even though it's not really my style it gets me pumped. I'm been listening to EDM as well, for that. Spotify is really good too, but it has ads!

Wow that's really encouraging, the crying part. Haha. I'll check it out though.

Yes! I've been working on my core more than anything, really, and have gotten into doing yoga some mornings. It's made a world of difference.

M, T, TH, F: Aquafit with either some swimming or cardio at the gym beforehard or after Wed: Weights Saturday OR Sunday: One will be a rest day and the other will be more weight training, whichever day I feel like. I generally get in around 5 km of walking each day too, or at least I try to.

THANK YOU! You're inspiring. :)

Thanks for the comment. :) I've had chronic sciatica since I was 19 (around 4 years) and am finally getting it under control with building a strong core - so I haven't had any pain from that in around a month! A huge accomplishment for me. My physiotherapist had said that once I feel more comfortable to give more weights a…

My fiance is really similar, but over the years I've worn him down enough (he even did Whole 30 with me in June!). In the beginning it was a lot of willpower on my end to try and not snack as much; now that I'm really putting an effort in to lose weight I end up making two meals sometimes by making whatever I have a little…

Thanks for the tip! I'm going to the gym after work tonight so I'll ask about PT, but I don't think they offer any. I've been told by a friend who's a trained PT to be wary of a lot in our city too - a lot should apparently be considered more as salespeople than trainers. I'll check out that website too!
-
Not sure if it's an option! I haven't seen it advertised anywhere but it may be. Thanks. :)

Mine is at the high end of "normal" on BMI, as I've noticed a lot of people are saying. However I've been really overweight my entire life, so even being "overweight" would be a big accomplishment! Ideally I'd like to be, like, a size 10 jeans I think. That's how I'll know I've reached my goal, then I'll go from there.

Lately I've just been having a whole wheat english muffin with some PB. Other times I'll have a sweet potato sausage skillet with a runny egg on top or, this morning, I had some thin burger buns left over from the weekend so I made a sandwich with one containing 1/4 avocado, two slices of turkey breast and a fried egg.…
