Well, I was AWOL for a couple of days with a big event, no time to record food, exhaustion and then celebration after big event was over (read over-indulging in alcohol and food a bit, not too bad). I'm with you on the alcohol. Did great all week with no alcohol and my goal was only to drink on Fridays and Saturdays. Enjoying Tequila and some fresh squeezed tangerine juice right now! Here's to you, @lizadaze!

Hi everyone! I'm doing great. Worked out yesterday and today as well (a little sore!). Awesome new snack - Trader Joe's Jicama Sticks!
