  • I am starting my 2nd week of recovery and have been advised to rest my arm and not do any pulling , pushing or lifting with it. Luckily I didn't need surgery, just doing rehab.
  • Update!! At my first week weigh in after increasing my calorie intake I lost 1.8 lbs, I was unable to exercise due to an injury and did nothing different except for increase my caloric intake. So thanks for the input but I think it was a great move on my part!
  • Yes I weigh all my food and I use MFP to calculate my exercise burn, and I usually put in less time than I actually workout because I know that MFP exaggerates the calories burned .
  • Sometimes what worked the first time won't work the second time. I lost my first 25 lbs doing weight watchers but that doesn't work for me anymore.   • I know what u mean, I used to run and do elliptical but it was hard on my knees and leg muscles. I do low impact aerobics now and find I still get a great cardio without over exerting my body.   • I don't think low carb is meant to be for the long term but that doesn't mean you're supposed to eat whatever you want once you reach your goal, just like any other diet.
