I've been doing the intermittent fasting. For breakfast I drink a cup of coffee and that helps until I eat at 11:30 am (brunch) then I workout around 2:00 (working out and drinking water helps feel full) I eat a snack after my workout and then I eat dinner around 7:00 and then I fast for the next 16 hours. Start slow, maybe try the 7 Minute app. I heard a nutritionist say that you can start with 5 minutes a day. Then slowly build on to that time. Eventually, your body will be used to that time for exercise and it will eventually become a part of your schedule. I took her advice and it kinda worked for me

Just curious lol I've been experimenting with different activities and It seems like I only burn 500 per hour on each activity. So I was just wondering if other people burned more than 500 in an hour. But now that I think about it, it may be due to my speed, effort, and weight. I'll keep experimenting :smile:

I just downloaded Cardiogram and it's definitely what I was looking for. I'll try some HIIT Routines. I've done some Zumba and elliptical but I can't seem to burn more than 500 per hour.

I've read that if you don't eat enough calories when you workout a lot, you might not lose weight.

Load up on veggies and fiber and drink lots of water with your meals. I have a 32 oz water bottle and I drink half of it before a meal and the rest after.

Hi, I'm Iris from California. In the last 10 years I gained about 40 pounds and when I was at my heaviest, I got pregnant and gained an additional 50 pounds. So far I've lost about 40 pounds but I need to get back in shape for my little one :)

I did many wii fit games in the past and it really helped me lose weight. Almost 20 lbs

No need for rudeness and sarcasm, we're all here to help each other lose weight. Btw clean eating is eating unprocessed food, mostly fresh veggies, fruits, and lean protein.

I think you have to do both, I've been weight training for 2 weeks and eating clean but I've only lost 2lbs. I have had compliments that I look like I've lost a lot of weight but my scale doesn't show it. On other occasions, doing only cardio has helped me lose about 2-3 lbs a week so now I've decided to do both weight…

I know it's hard to start a workout routine but try to do it for a couple of days and then you'll want to work out. It's also helpful to have a buddy to check…
