So true! Once you workout first thing in the morning, it's out of the way. Sometimes life gets busy and it may get hard to squeeze a workout in the afternoon
-
I do both lol I do fasted cardio in the morning and another workout about 1-2 hours before bedtime. I'm happy with my weight loss so far

I think everybody is different. I average about 1200 a day and I'm losing weight and I'm satisfied with my food (not full, big difference). I don't get a "starving" feeling but when I do, I get some water. Some days I'll eat a little more but I try to balance it out with my workouts. Don't now your stats but maybe try to…

Thank you. I like this "one day at a time" approach.

I do this sometimes when I am mad lol I put on Eminem and start cleaning. It's such a stress reliever. Definitely! I haven't though about that but I will definitely find a way to make my one treat with fewer calories

Thank you for every response, I will try out a lot of the suggestions mentioned. Thank you!!

My brother is not a breakfast fan and basically does IF naturally. This guy eats nothing but junk and barely gains weight.

My goal weight is my high school weight. When I look at old pictures, I like how I looked so that's is how I chose it

Yes! My goal is to reach 365 days!

Stair master with hand weights. Work on your arms while on the stair master for about 20 minutes then do another 20-30 minutes a mini HIIT workout. Yesterday did it for an hour and burned about 800 cal

For me, IF has somehow helped me to feel full with smaller portions. Some days I don't do the IF and I've noticed that those days I get HUNGRY and lazy! So in my case, I've cut a lot of calories without feeling starved.

Omg!! Me too!

I love IF! After years and years of trying to lose weight, it has been the only thing that has worked! I'm glad you were able to find something that works for you

I typically weigh myself every morning but in days that I feel I may have eaten a little too much, I hide my scale for a few days. I hate seeing it go up! Before I bought a scale I used an old tight button up shirt to measure my progress. I would try it on once a week and it felt good to know I was making progress because…

Activity tracker is good. You really don't need other apps. When you start a workout, just tap the workout icon and select your workout and make sure your watch is not loose so it reads your heart rate.

Been a stay at home mom for 3 years and I'm still trying to figure it out lol this is what has worked out for me: Schedule? No way! Doesn't work for me. Routine? Yes! Routine is what has helped me figure out this mommy stuff. Sit with a pen an paper and think about making a routine where you dedicate time to working out,…

I tried it and lost 7 pounds on it and didn't gain it back. I read it's called the military diet because it takes discipline. You are eating very little each day which is why you lose a lot of weight on it. I only did it once just to try it but I later realized it's just a caloric deficit. I personally don't like it and…

You are probably taking in the same number of calories. With IF you skip a meal, therefore you eat less. If you are trying to eat everything you can on the 8 hours, you won't have a calorie deficit
