Weight gain is a known side effect of this medication in some people. If you are counting your calories and know for a fact you are not overeating talk to your doctor about other alternatives if the weight gain is a problem

Soda seems to be one of those foods that effect everyone differently. For me if i drink diet soda i gain weight while others swear they loose weight. You will have to experiment and see how your body reacts to it

For me i quit fast food because of the cost and the poor service i kept getting everywhere. I got tired of paying 12+ dollars for food that i could make at home for half the price that was just as good if not better and healthier.

Unless you have a health condition or are training for a sport such as a marathon I wouldn't worry about macros. They usually balance out in the long run

No, if you have a smart phone it already tracks your activity why pay money for something you already have access to. As far as the fitbit that has sleep tracking and a heart rate monitor the trackers are not very accurate so not worth the cost

Get rid of them. Helps motivate you. If you don't have the clothes laying around it will remind you how expensive it is to buy a new wardrobe if you think about gaining weight again.

Sometimes people with mono gain weight due to lack of physical activity. I would also research any meds you ate on while being treated. Some medications have a side effect of weight gain.
