Hi, sounds like you got a good diet plan going :) I think of the extra exercise calories earnt as a bonus, I wouldn't use them everyday but if you had a off moment (like I have tonight unfortunately) you have spare calories if you need them. This may be wrong but thought I'd answer you :) Well done so far :)

Hi I'm no expert but I guess it could be what food you are eating? More protein for recovery of muscles than pasta or bread, but you sound like you no what ur doing by what you posted, That's prob no help but I didn't like to read ur post and not try to help :) sorry

I'm quite new to this but I would suggest lowering the weight with a free bar to get technique right the gradually add the extra weight :) Good luck

Thank you, yes that helps a lot, it's nice to track what you burn in exercise, not that I would eat the extra calories I burned in food, does ur fit bit track every type of exercise then? And I guess to get it accurate you put in ur height weight age etc details in? Thanks

Hi, yeah I did my first Mudder this year, I loved it :) Thanks for advice, the tough circuit is the Mudder Class at my gym, they really push you hard :)

Hi all, as I can see you all love ur Garmin vivofit2 :) ive been thinking about getting some sort of training watch to track my work rate, does this Garmin track everything? As in cardio and weights and everyday movement? I'm still unsure which one to get, I like the Microsoft band but they quite expensive, all opinions…

Thanks, you also said in ur post that your building muscle in ur thighs, I just wondered what you had done and are doing to get the muscle, But yes I see to get rid of fat first to then see the muscle, I didn't quite understand that but get it now, the more you guys chat about it :)

Thank you all, just had quick look and yes will be adding these gradually to my workouts :) With the wall sit, did you do it for as long as you could to start with then just try to hold for longer?

Great thanks, defo doing it again next year :) hopefully this MFP will get me on track again with my diet, going to gym is fine as I get there about 5 times a week, just gotta control my eating lol
