I confess that I hate my self sabotage. I get to a certain point with my success and rather than celebrate it, I undo my progress in a million tiny ways that add up to a big problem.

Good luck with your journey, Annie! I, too, am finding it easier to stay motivated with the encouragement and support of others. And I have to agree with the person above me stating you are not a whale. Keep your head up and keep your mind clear of that negativity - totally easier said than done, I know!

Heck yeah!! I keep sabotaging myself once I get to a certain point in my weight loss. So tired of feeling so defeated. I don't really have anyone close to work with and help keep up motivation. But I'm determined!!

I want to be comfortable in my own skin again. I want to feel good about myself when I look into the mirror and when I step onto the scale. And I want to be a healthy example for my daughter.
