Yes I'm being treated for Hashimotos. It's really been a struggle to lose weight. I've stopped at dairy before even knew I was allergic to it because I heard it caused a lot of phlegm. I thought that was a reason why my allergies are so bad. But I never lost weight I just continued gaining. I do eat some simple carbs. My…

I think the workouts helped the most. I went to a functional doctor who had me complete a series of tests through Cyrex Labratories. Lots of tubes to fill saliva. Allergic to dairy.
